• Community Meditations

Join us Thursdays at 10:30 at the Wasatch County Public Library for guided community meditations with Michael Malmrose.

Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes and offers a gentle space to slow down, find calm, reconnect with inner stillness, and gain personal insights.

    Sanghas

A sangha is a community of people who come together to support each other in the practice of mindfulness and meditation.

Unlike a guided meditation, sangha gatherings are more interactive: we meet as a group, share a short period of meditation,

listen to a dharma talk (a teaching rooted in mindfulness and wisdom), and then take time to reflect and discuss together.

Each gathering lasts about an hour and offers a chance to deepen practice, learn from teachings, and connect with others walking the same path.

    Retreats

Join us for a retreat with Haven of Stillness and take an opportunity to step away from the quick pace of daily life, and

immerse yourself in peaceful renewal and tranquility.

Set in beautiful natural surroundings, each retreat blends periods of guided meditation, silence, and reflection with like-minded individuals.

You’ll experience spaciousness, rest, and deeper connection both within yourself and with others who share the path. Whether it’s a weekend by the mountains or a few days by the sea, retreats are designed to leave you refreshed, grounded, and more present.
