Think. Feel. Listen.
This meditation moves you through three layers of awareness: the thoughts occupying your mind, the feelings beneath them, and the quieter voice that speaks once thinking and feeling are set aside. It mirrors the architecture of the first session itself, an invitation to notice what's actually present before reaching for any conclusion about it.
Return to this recording at least three times this week. Each pass will likely surface something different, since what's on your mind today won't be what's on your mind on any other day. After listening, take a few minutes to write. Don't aim for insight. Simply record what you noticed in each of the three layers, mind, feeling, and the inner voice beneath both. The noticing is the practice.
