Letting In. Letting Go. Letting Be.
This meditation moves through three distinct modes of relating to whatever you're carrying right now. Letting Go asks you to notice what you've been holding and allow the breath to begin releasing it. Letting In asks what you've been keeping out — and invites you to open. Letting Be asks something quieter still: what if nothing needed to change right now?
You don't choose which one to practice. The meditation chooses for you, or more precisely, something in you does. By the end, one of the three will have called more loudly than the others. That's the information.
Return to this recording at least three times this week. On different days, a different one may call. That's not inconsistency — that's the practice working. After each listen, take a few minutes to write. Note which of the three felt most alive today, and what, if anything, surfaced beneath it. Don't reach for meaning. Just record what was there.
The noticing is the practice.
